MemoFit Pro Student

MemoFit® Pro Student is the course designed to acquire an efficient mental studying method, increase the mnemonic strategies, improve self-confidence and, as a consequence, obtain a better performance. 

The courses will be held by Massimo Veneziano and/or by highly qualified specialists trained by TopMemory®.
The teaching materials will be fully provided for by TopMemory® Management.

When

Duration

The classroom course is made up of 12 one hour and a half lessons consisting in a short theoretical part and practical exercises.

Who

The MemoFit® Pro Student course is open to everybody, but is specifically addressed to university students, the only prerequisites for attendance being the cognitive integrity and the absence of serious sensorial diseases.
 

Evaluation

Every course includes an entry test that will give a picture of your cognitive condition at the beginning of the class and a final test at the end of the course that will allow you to evaluate and appreciate the obtained improvements.

Certificate

At the end of the course you will receive the attendance/passing grade diploma, a graphic panel of your performance, a book with a series of exercises and a coupon for any service proposed by TopMemory®.

Program

1 – Preliminary phase:
Attention strengthening and anxiety management
(4 week)

Lesson 1

– introduction of the level I course
– TEST IN (initial evaluation of the cognitive capacity level)
– scientific rationale and reference theory
– course scientific bases: neurosciences and the principle of brain plasticity
– level I preliminary cognitive exercises

Lesson 2

– level I theoretical principles on how the brain works (neuroanatomy, neurogenesis, learning, memory)
– level I practical cognitive exercises: development of attention capacities (perceptive acuteness, reactivity, visual research)
– operational strategies: studying, memorisation method and psyche
– concentration and mind relaxation exercises meant to increase the intellectual potential (part A)

Lesson 3

– level I practical cognitive exercises: stimulation of the motor-attention sensorial arc (strengthening of the attention capacity, focus on reactivity and resistance to distractions)
– operational strategies: memorization and management of emotions
– concentration and mind relaxation exercises meant to increase the intellectual potential (part B)

Lesson 4

– level I practical cognitive exercises: stimulation of the motor-attention sensorial arc (strengthening of the attention capacity, alternate, selective, continued focus)
– operational strategies: memorization and anxiety management
– concentration and mind relaxation exercises meant to increase the intellectual potential (part C)

2 – Intermediate phase:
Memorization strategies
(4 week)

– level I practical cognitive exercises:
– attention capacities applied to the improvement of memorization (exercises with a variable and increasing complexity, exercises to test the resistance to prolonged distractions)
– level I practical exercises:
– memorization strategies (mind representation): active classic mnemotechnique and guided visualisation
– operational strategies: memorization and anxiety management
– concentration and mind relaxation exercises meant to increase the intellectual potential (part D)

Lesson 6

– level I practical cognitive exercises:
– attention capacities applied to the improvement of memorization (exercises with a variable and increasing complexity to test mental reactivity and execution rapidity)
– level I practical exercises:
