The innovative Memofit®-Pro Companies training courses are designed to strengthen the cognitive and psychological abilities of the company staff.

The scientific literature clearly shows that a training proposal focusing on the development of the cognitive abilities and the increase of the psychological attitudes of the company staff leads to extraordinary results in terms of satisfaction among the employees and a production growth for the company over the medium and long term.

The courses will be held by Massimo Veneziano and/or by highly qualified specialists trained by TopMemory®.
The teaching and technical materials will be fully provided by TopMemory® Management.

Where

When

Duration

The classroom course is made up of 6 one hour and a half lessons consisting in a short 15 m theoretical part, 45 m practical exercises and a 30 m role playing.

Minimum number of hours for the recognition of the training path: 8.

Who

The MemoFit® Pro- Companies course is open to anyone, the only prerequisites for attendance being the cognitive integrity and the absence of serious sensorial diseases.
 

Evaluation

Every course includes an entry test that will give a picture of your cognitive condition at the beginning of the class and a final test at the end of the course that will allow you to evaluate and appreciate the improvements you obtained.

Certification

At the end of the course you will receive the attendance diploma via e-mail, a graphic panel of your performance, a coupon for any service proposed by TopMemory®.

The two levels of the MemoFit® Pro courses dedicated to your company aim at reaching the following targets:

The Memofit® Pro – Companies courses include a preliminary analysis and
planning:

  • analysis of the demand and the company needs to be agreed upon with
    the company President, the CEO, the HR manager, the sector Managers
  • analysis of company crises (as reported by the managers) to be
    developed and analysed during the course with the training participants
  • targeted programming of the intervention
  • scientific evaluation of the cognitive status, the job-connected stress and
    the level of satisfaction of the participants to the training course
    (beginning and end of the course packet)
  • building of a model for data analysis and check of the efficiency of the
    intervention
  • analytics report for the company management
